Through education Focus-4-1 challenge stereotypes and discrimination through promoting good understanding of mental health illness and mental health within the wider community. Focus-4-1 is a user led group that promotes recovery and independence in daily living. They support one another to enable all members to take control of their lives and strive to network throughout the community, voluntary and health sectors to campaign for better mental health services.
