University College London is running a study into the psychological and social effects of Covid-19 in the UK. The results are being used to understand the effects of the virus and social distancing measures on mental health and loneliness in the UK and to inform government advice and decisions.

Covid-19 Survey

University at Nottingham master's student studying Mental Health is researching public perceptions of virtual reality therapy that is guided by a virtual coach. This is a new therapy that is currently being trialed in the UK and if successful, should reduce the demand for therapists and shorten waiting lists for mental health treatment.
