Care Leavers Health Project

Where you ever a looked after child? Either foster care or residential care? With funding from the Department of Health, Care Leavers Association will be working around health issues that Care Leavers face. Care leavers Association is looking for input from Care Leavers of all ages. Your voice counts and you can be involved in many ways.
  • Tell them your experience of health services
  • Be involved with their user voice forums
  • Support them to co produce health resources
  • Take part in a Rapid Health Needs Assessment

Care Leavers Association are working with your local Clinical Commissioning Group as well as Public health, the local authority and local voluntary and community organisations.
